Full preparation
We review the applicant, sponsor, relationship, immigration history, accommodation and financial position before the pack is finalised.
Family and visa support
Collect the sponsor, applicant, civil, accommodation, employment and financial documents needed for i2i to prepare the full application pack.

Document preparation
Sponsor means the person already in Ireland. Applicants are the family members applying to join them. Use the cards below to check what each person needs to prepare before i2i reviews and builds the final application pack.
Requirements can vary by sponsor type, applicant relationship and visa office. Check the route guidance before final submission.
i2i preparation
Working with i2i gives the case a full preparation process, not just a document upload. We review the facts, organise the evidence and prepare the submission so each applicant has a clean, separated and complete pack.

Prepared by: All applicants and sponsors
Scan all pages of all current and previous passports for every applicant and every sponsor. Include blank pages, bio pages, observation pages, visa pages, stamp pages and the back pages. Previous passports should be grouped by person and kept in date order.
Do not upload only the bio page. Names, dates of birth and passport numbers must match the intake exactly. If a previous passport number appears on the current passport, include that page within the full scan.
