We analyse bank statements, payslips, verified savings, support from individuals or family and other asset valuations, then prepare a specialised financial summary.

AVATS, VFS and fees

We prepare the AVATS details, guide the VFS booking process and organise the visa fee steps so the application is ready for submission.

Cover and applicant letters

We prepare the cover letter and applicant letter so the case is explained clearly, consistently and in the right order.

Supporting Documentation

We identify missing support, separate the evidence into clean sections and prepare full submission-ready document sets for each applicant.

Attestation

Where attestation, apostille or certified translation is needed, we guide what has to be prepared and how it should be placed in the pack.

Kerala VFS guidance

How to prepare it+

Scan all pages of all current and previous passports for every applicant and every sponsor. Include blank pages, bio pages, observation pages, visa pages, stamp pages and the back pages. Previous passports should be grouped by person and kept in date order.

Practical advice+

Do not upload only the bio page. Names, dates of birth and passport numbers must match the intake exactly. If a previous passport number appears on the current passport, include that page within the full scan.

Government costs and timelines

Government fees and processing times can change. i2i will confirm the current route before submission.

Join family visa fee	Visa fees are €60 single entry, €100 multi entry, or €25 transit, with exemptions for some applicants.	Join family applications are processed in date order. ISD states these applications can take up to 12 months from receipt of all required documentation.
Visa office processing	Extra local charges may apply depending on the visa office, embassy or consulate.	Dublin visa office processing dates are updated weekly. Other offices publish or provide their own processing information.
