How to prepare it+
Scan all pages of all current and previous passports for every applicant and every sponsor. Include blank pages, bio pages, observation pages, visa pages, stamp pages and the back pages. Previous passports should be grouped by person and kept in date order.

Practical advice+
Do not upload only the bio page. Names, dates of birth and passport numbers must match the application exactly. If a previous passport number appears on the current passport, include that page within the full scan.
